Really fun, better used with Dolphina's other videos as it is very short.

Dolphina brings us another great dance video. The workout is fun and is not a chore to do regularly, particularly if Dolphina's other tapes are used for variety. The included finger cymbols are useful, as it can be difficult to obtain them otherwise.
