Will Roy Rogers and his fellow investors discover the silver and recoup their $20,000 investment? Maybe Trigger can help! LAND OF HUNTED MEN (1943, Black & White, 58 mins.) Ray Corrigan, Dennis Moore, Phyllis Adair A mysterious robbery is afoot when Ray Corrigan and the Range Busters discover that the stage is missing payrolls for the mine. When a suspicious gambler starts winning unprecedented amounts at cards, the gang starts to wonder if there's a connection. Soon, a plan is hatched and the Busters are on the hunt for a high-plains plunderer.

Grand Canyon Trail is the song Roy sings. Actually, the plot borrows heavily on Stan & Laurel's Way Out West. A hotel, a mine a mule... Even the sheriff might be James Finlayson himself! Film connoisseurs will also recognize in Roy and Jane Frazee's performance a hint of John Wayne and Ella Raines in Tall in the Saddle. It's too bad the video quality is so poor it looks like it's raining all the time. Although the box reads 67 minutes, the movie is really 57 minutes long, and you can tell when something is missing.
