This is such a great and exciting DVD - My grandchildren and I was glue to the TV and what was so special my grandson farourite trailer of the Wiggles included which was a bonus for him.

Our New Favorite!.......2006-02-08

I got this DVD as a "going to the doctor" reward for my 21 month old. She loves it! It is not annoying to me and she watches it over and over. The scenery is great and is a nice break from the usual Barney sets. Some of the songs are repeats, but my daughter doesn't seem to mind. Also, this is one of the few that has a picture on the DVD itself and she can identify it in her DVD case and show me that she wants that one specifically. Overall, it was well worth the money to see her face light up when the intro comes on!

No like it!.......2006-01-23

We have many Barney videos - old, new, live, etc. This one was awful. The story is centered around the fact that it's shot at the Universal Studios lot and it's very poorly rehersed. The human characters are annoying and the audio quality is very low. My two year old summed it up well - "No like it!".

I haven't seen my 3 1/2 year old daughter so enthused about a movie! She is very sensitive to suspense and gets scared easily, so there's not a lot of movies for little ones since most have quite a lot of suspense and quite scary characters. She started watching Barney maybe 6 months ago and loves him (my 1 1/2 year old son does too!!). This movie was thrilling to her. And she could follow it well, and she talked on and on about the plot when it was over. It was also a very nice viewing time for a movie for such little ones-- the running time of 120 minutes includes bonus features which we didn't do. The movie was probably a little over an hour. There were plenty of songs, which she loves, as on the show, but it was filmed all over, not in the studio the show mainly stays in. I like Barney for the upbeat and friendly attitude. I am so glad I bought this little flim for her!

Not up to usual Barney Standards.......2005-10-20

This movie was a dissapointment. Usually Barney movies are encaptivating and exciting. But this was just not up to the usual Barney standards. The usual mature and moving plot was completely left out of the movie. What happened? I seriously cant say. The acting was somewhat lets say "childish" Also I found that all the scenes involving a dinosaur were corny and dumb.
