        Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Loved this program!.......2005-05-31

This program was very basic and easy to understand for the beginner. It talks about the foods of France and the history those foods. It is also filled with footage from France to real make you feel like you are there while you learn about their foods.

1 out of 5 stars Grade school overview.......2004-05-09

This is a VERY simple overview of French food. No recipes. No cooking demonstrations. Tells you things like what a chef is. Maybe 20 minutes long or so. Simply put, it is not a very good deal.
